Choose the country you are travelling from, the destination and, when relevant, the device you plan to use. The result compares plug shapes, nominal voltage, supply frequency, grounding and device-label details.
What the checker compares
- Whether the origin plug shape fits the destination outlet
- Whether the destination voltage falls inside the device input range
- Whether 50 Hz or 60 Hz could affect the equipment
- Whether grounding must be preserved
- Whether high wattage makes voltage conversion impractical
Read the device label before use
A plug adapter changes the physical connection only. It does not change voltage or frequency. Chargers marked 100โ240V, 50/60Hz are commonly designed for international input, but the exact label and manufacturer instructions control.
